Stare at your face in the mirror...


Most of us have been told once or twice, maybe even more that "we are what we eat". I think a lot of the residents of Pennsylvania must eat a bowl of frosted ugly sticks as breakfast lunch and dinner . The opinion is mine to voice and I stand behind it because my fellow residents may feel my New Jersey accent and Nike shoes jeans and sweater vests are ugly and if they have an opinion I support the freedom of free speech. I can't hate them and nor will I ever sway to say that I AM ABOVE AVERAGE. I'm a normal human being that has maintained a out of focus focused view on life. I have maintained to reach up up up ward to my childhood dreams and continue to get in shape financially and physically. I'm not declaring I have more then 30 cents USD in my bank account I am busy explaining that I understand how to do a sit up / crunch correctly and I understand the Value of a dollar.

During the current time it is hard to maintain the food storage at a level that would be abundant and flourishing with sugar, fats and oils. The current times have done great things for me. "IF YOU HAVEN'T LOST ANY MONEY IN THE RECESSION THAT MEANS YOU DIDN'T HAVE MONEY TO BEGIN WITH -50-CENT" I have lost money and still need to make better choices with my money. Making a budget is key Like my mom says "failure to make a plan is planning to fail-Effie P. The value of a dollar is learned by the lessons taught when handling money. I have a nice grip on things because I appreciate my time well spent and the dollars spend during my time spending. I will soon cancel my Gym membership with lots of perks because I have the ability to be part of an aerobics class, and exercise in a free gym. Why would I sing up at a gym in the first place if I have a free gym to work out at you ask... I ask you the same question. I suggest realigning your resources. During my time beating around the bush I've clarified the topic of the blog. Beauty is not made in money nor is money made in gyms. The brain power is what will help you muscle up the fuel to be able to afford the means of life you prefer to live in. The heath care system is not going to preform the jumping jacks for you. I know red bull is not recommended but it sure give you a pick me up. Sometimes we just need a jolt of motivation." Most of the time we just need some motivation-Tp"

People are what they eat, hot dogs, chicken, cows, vegetables. Next time you see a healthy looking person that looks physically fit ask them some of these question then base your opinion off of this. Ps do not just go by the most expensive outer wear, any snuff could buy a pair of nike shocks, rebock running pants, Adidas head band, under Armour turtle neck and some spandex that really shows off their most curvaceous Ass, Although to each person their own path.. I suggest you get quality feed back from you curiosity. Ask people what their diets consist of you will notice the trends of people bodies, shapes and heath based on their appetite. Lean people may eat lots of plain chicken breast easy on the grease, red meat, and heavy on the greens. Additionally you may find some of the far sided people on the scale eat food made of complex sugars and thing you would never find in free roam. IE TWINKIES CAN'T WALK EXCEPT IN COMMERCIALS. So you can't hunt twinkies how fit do you think a twinie is going to make you??Not very fit at all. Now before I get some comments about me being a tubb-0 my self I want to make it clear what I did was stare at my self in the mirror and realize what it was that I needed to do.

In time I will overcome my spare tire and be more physically fit, along my journey I hope I become mentally stronger as well as more stable financially. SO next time you are wondering what it is you need to be doing, or should be doing, give you're self a break- not a kick kat- break, break your self off a piece of some spare time and personal self criticism. Look your self in the mirror and find the answers and motivation five mountain grenade squad. blog spot. com inspired you to.
